1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Volume Telecommunication's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not access or use our services.

2. Service Description

Volume Telecommunication provides global voice termination, A2P SMS, DID/ITFS numbers, and SIP trunking services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. Account Responsibilities

As an account holder, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring your usage complies with all applicable laws
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: illegal robocalling, spam messaging, fraud, harassment, or any activity that violates telecommunications regulations in any jurisdiction.

5. Payment Terms

All fees are due in accordance with your service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment. Prepaid balances are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your contract.

6. Limitation of Liability

Volume Telecommunication shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding twelve months.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
